Hines confirms that Elevate contains 556 apartments ranging from approximately 2,100 to 3,400 square feet and offers premium three- and four-bedroom floor plans. Verified project layouts include 2095, 2295 and 2595 options across different 3 BHK variants and a larger 3395 4 BHK residence. The development was designed by Ricardo E. Bofill and includes large balconies, landscaped areas, a British-style clubhouse, swimming and wellness facilities and an underground parking environment. Elevate is located in Sector 59 near Golf Course Extension Road, one of Gurugram's established premium residential corridors.
